Architect Design
Many builders charge for the use of their architect. Bouffard & McFarland Builders offers FREE architect services to all of our customers. This is an integral part of the home design process and we want to make sure we get it right.
Our architect can start from scratch, or can modify existing plans. We make sure that Reggie, the customers, and the architect are all together for this process. By working so closely with the architect and Reggie, customers have a peace of mind that they are going to get the exact home of their dreams and not just another cookie-cutter home with no personality. This is another example of the high standard of service that we provide to each and every customer, free of charge.

All our friends in Texas that built homes were so envious of the professional way Gary and Reggie treated us and our questions. Our home was built of quality materials, on time, and within our budget.
